Dignity funeral care is a proud member of the Irish Association of Funeral Directors. (IAFD) is the only representative organisation for funeral directors throughout Ireland.

It was established in 1979 to promote excellence and expertise in the funeral directing profession. Its purpose is to foster cooperation between its members to enable them to provide a better service to their clients.

Its members conduct 75% of funerals in Ireland. The Association is regularly consulted by government agencies, consumer interest groups, the media and the general public on matters relevant to funerals.

The IAFD has an established Code of Practice which must be followed by all of it's members.
